The Review welcomes unsolicited articles, translated works, student notes and book reviews on all aspects of legal issues, in particular, relating to or having connection or implication on Taiwan, China, Asia, or areas other than the above. However, the Review would like to make clear that papers need not be focusing on particular legal systems.

Submission:

1. The Review presumes that the manuscript submitted to the Review has not been, and will not be, submitted to elsewhere at the same time. If a paper is under review or had been published or accepted elsewhere, the Review will have to reject the submission.

2. The manuscript submitted shall include approximately five keywords and an abstract no more than 250 words. The citation format shall conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. A detailed reference list following American Psychological Association format (APA) shall be attached to the manuscripts submitted. Please cite National Taiwan University Law Review as NTU L. Rev.

3. In transliterating non-English characters, where well-established forms do not exist, authors are advised to follow the Wade-Giles system for Chinese characters and the Hepburn system for Japanese.

4. Once a manuscript is published, responsibility for the factual accuracy of the paper rests upon its author(s). In principle, the Review provides no payment for contribution; however, twenty off-prints will be supplied to the authors free of charge.

5. The manuscripts must be typewritten, in Microsoft Office if possible. Electronic submissions are preferred. All submissions shall be addressed to: National Taiwan University College of Law, No.1, Sec.4, Roosevelt Rd. Taipei 10617, Taiwan. Email: ntulawreview@ntu.edu.tw

Review:

All manuscripts submitted shall undergo the anonymous review process and contributors will be notified of the results promptly.

Copyright:

Every author whose manuscript is accepted shall agree the College of Law, National Taiwan University and NTU Law Foundation to make proper use of the papers limited in the Letter of Authority; who refuses to sign the Letter of Authority, the Review may reject the contribution.
