Frontiers of Law in China(中国法学前沿)被中国人民大学认定为核心期刊

由我院负责编辑并由我院朱文奇教授、何家弘教授担任主编的英文法学期刊Frontiers of Law in China (中国法学前沿,FLC),已被中国人民大学认定为核心期刊。截至目前,多所国内外著名高校,如中国政法大学,复旦大学,武汉大学,厦门大学,南开大学,对外经贸大学,University of New South Wales已将该期刊纳入其核心期刊体系。

1.University of New South Wales 将FLC列入该校的学术评价体系。
2.澳门大学 将FLC列为“国际著名出版物”。
3.对外经贸大学 将FLC认定为“国外一般性学术期刊”。
4.复旦大学 将FLC等同于“核心期刊”。
5.华东政法大学将FLC认定为“核心期刊”。
6.华中科技大学 将FLC认定为“权威期刊”。
7.暨南大学 将FLC等同于“核心期刊”。
8.南开大学法学院 将FLC等同于“核心期刊”。
9.上海大学法学院 将FLC等同于“核心期刊”。
10.武汉大学 进行职称评审时,将FLC认定为“权威刊物”。
11.厦门大学 将FLC列为“海外发行的重要刊物”(重要Ⅱ类)。(其重要程度,比国内CSSCI高)
12.浙江理工大学 将FLC列为“一级B类刊物”。
13.中国政法大学 将在FLC发表的论文视为“核心期刊论文”。
14.中国人民大学法学院 将FLC列为“核心B类刊物”,与我国顶尖的中文版法学刊物《中国法学》、《法学研究》及《法学家》并列。

Frontiers of Law in China, a quarterly journal, is co-published by Higher
Education Press (China) and Springer-Verlag (Germany). Launched in January
of 2006, it is available in print and electronically. The editorial members are
composed of famous legal scholars from all over the world. Original
peer-reviewed papers are accepted for publication.
This journal welcomes submissions of articles for publication in upcoming issues.
Contributions should reflect the journal’s general areas of legal issues, such as
aspects of jurisprudence, civil law, commercial law, economic law,
environmental law, intellectual property law and international law. The journal
aims specifically to engage with the dynamics of local, national, regional and
global social actions.
Papers intended for peer-review should be between 5,000~10,000 words in
length.
Please note that each paper will be reviewed by two referees in the field
of the subject matter addressed. Submissions of other articles are also welcomed,
which should take the form of commentaries, reports on contemporary
developments and/or recently-held conferences and events, case summaries and
analyses and book reviews.
As for the contribution of a paper for publication, we do require an English
version. Manuscripts should be submitted via email in MS-Word (doc) format to
scjr@hep.edu.cn or journalsubmission@hep.com.cn.



The title page should contain: (i) the title of the paper; (ii) the full names of the
author(s); (iii) their positions (e.g. professor) and affiliates; (iv) the addresses of
the institutions in which the work was carried out, together with the full postal
and email address of the author; (v) facsimile and telephone numbers; (vi) an
English abstract of 200~250 words; plus (vii) 4~7 keywords.


The present address of any author, if different from that where the work was
carried out, should be supplied in a footnote. The source of financial grants and
other funding must be acknowledged, including a frank declaration of the
authors’ industrial links and affiliations. The contribution of colleagues or
institutions should also be acknowledged. Personal thanks and thanks to
anonymous reviewers are in appropriate. Acknowledgements should be provided
between the text and the references.


References in the text and in footnotes should follow the author–date format, for
example (Alston, 2002; Arrow, 1963). References should be typed in the
following format:

Authors publishing in the Journal will be asked to sign the Copyright Transfer
Statement.
In signing the Statement it is assumed that author(s) have obtained
permission to use any copyrighted or previously published material. Authors
shall agree to the conditions outlined in the statement, and co-authors must sign a
Power of Attorney commissioned to the first author. Articles cannot be published
until a signed Copyright Transfer Statement and/or a Power of Attorney (if any)
is received by the publisher.
Your paper(s) will be examined by peer-reviewers and by the editorial of the
journal. After being confirmed for publication, the Editorial Office will inform
you soon.
