It comes fully furnished, with a queen bed, large desk, armchair, bookshelf, and Casio digital piano, which you can play to your heart’s content. There’s plenty of street parking and easy access to the interstate, and a couple of markets are within walking distance. Rent would be $575/mo. I pay that much plus utilities (oil, gas, electricity, internet), but I’ll cover the utilities over the summer. The sublease would run from May 16 through July 31, with May being free. (see images) - The apartment is technically a 3-bedroom, but our landlord prefers renting to 2 people - which means that it's BIG. We have a pretty good size kitchen and living room space - we will be storing most of our stuff in the third bedroom. - Hard wood floors in every room except for the kitchen and bathroom. - Cool neighbors (mostly drama students and/or medical students) - Parking is available for $50/month. The lot is directly behind our house. - Our landlord is awesome. His office is next door so if we need anything he's always super timely and helpful. - We're very close to Chapel Street, the Arts schools i.e. Art and Architecture Building, Sculpture School, Art School, Museums, etc. we are also very close to the Medical Campus. - There is a campus police station a few houses down the street.
